If you always wanted to try it, this is the right moment! We invite you to the workshop “Mindfulness explained”, where you will learn what mindfulness is and why we need it. Under the guidance of the certified Jivamukti yoga teacher Nastassia Salash you will try breathing exercises, easy yoga on a chair, and meditation on the 12th of January (Wednesday) at 18.00.
