Yoga classes

Take some time out just for you in our cozy Attic with international yoga teacher, Jessica Janusz. Rather than being squeezed into a large class, here you’ll be given personal attention to your own needs. Whether you already have experience or it will be the first time on the mat, all levels are welcome. You will learn breath work to calm the mind, which will be linked together to different yoga postures that build strength & flexibility in the body. Hands-on adjustments will also be given throughout class to help you grow deeper in the practice and understand correct alignment. These classes are dedicated exclusively to a group limited to 5 persons so pre-registration is required.
